The United States Department of Education approved the local plan required by federal law ESEA (Elementary and Secondary Education Act), as amended, and commonly known as ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act). In this plan, the Accountability model is established to identify schools in improvement. The results for each indicator and the total score are presented in this section. From these indicators and the total score, the school classification is determined as follows:

• Comprehensive (CSI) if:
• is at the lower 5% compared to the rest of the schools
• Graduation Rate is less than 67% (secondary level)
• remains as Additional Target (ATSI) for 3 consecutive years
• Target (TSI): the school is at the lower 10% of the total score of a subgroup
• Additional Target (ATSI): the school is at the lower 5% of the total score of a subgroup
• Other: used to indicate the schools that are not under improvement

*Note: The figure is omitted when one of the subgroups does not reach the minimum number of 10 students to publish the information. The data was rounded to the nearest whole number; therefore, the values do not necessarily add up to 100%.
